Our Mezcal
Si Señor Mezcal is crafted using 100% Espadín agave, grown in the mineral-rich soils of Oaxaca for at least eight years before harvest. Our specially made tahona stone crushes the roasted agave with precision, extracting pure flavors through traditional methods. Small batches, double-distilled in copper stills. No additives. No shortcuts. Pure, traditional, and uncompromised—the authentic expression of agave that celebrates the true spirit of Oaxaca.
